#Giving Tuesday

This year, Giving Tuesday is December 1st. It's the Black Friday/Small Business Saturday of the Nonprofit world. #GivingTuesday is day to celebrate #Generosity around the world. Millions participate by donating, volunteering and with random acts of kindness.

According to the GivingTuesday Data Collaborative, $511 Million online and $1.9 Billion was raised in 2019. A significant increase from nearly $400 million in 2018, with estimated total online and offline giving across sixty countries of $1.97 billion.

GivingTuesday,now its own organization has provided many resources such as logos and social media templates for #Nonprofit organizations to promote and fundraise tomorrow, December 1st.

It will be interesting to see what is raised this year during the pandemic. We're optimistic that kindness will prevail and 2020 will raise even more than in 2019. Feel free to share in our App on the Impact Nation social wall, your #GivingTuesday success stories. We want to celebrate with you!

If your Nonprofit organization hasn't planned a Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign for 2020, that's ok. Take this time to promote your MISSION. #BrandAwareness is a great GivingTuesday strategy! Your #Goal can be to double your social media audience/followers or get X amount of newsletter subscribers. If you pair that with some video testimonials you can create positive momentum going forward.
